Nish Development & Construction Company’s story starts with the establishment of Başyapı Construction Company, one of the most long-established companies of the city of Sakarya, which started its first projects in 1989. The boutique works built up until 1997 are produced under the name of Başyapı Construction. In Sakarya, Başyapı has built business centers, offices, shops and many housing projects. Since its establishment, one of the Başyapı’s first principles has been to introduce Sakarya with modern living spaces. Platin Park Villas and Başyapı Plaza projects are the most concrete examples of this understanding. In addition, these projects were among the first representatives of modern urban understanding of architecture in Sakarya.
