The project consists of 6 villas with varying sizes of 190 m2, 260 m2, 300 m2  that are 4+1 and 5+1. Villas are located at the heart of Fevziye Valley, facing an enormous hill full of trees and other natural beauties. The site is protected 24/7 by private security, CCTV system and in house security system. The green areas are taken care of by the gardener as well as the dedicated agricultural land that gives harvests for the residents.
